AbstractTo obtain one-dimensional temperature distribution in gas combustion chamber, firstly construct the relationship between the boundary multi-wavelength radiation intensity and one-dimensional temperature distribution including the flame and the medium by combining the radiative transfer equation and gas radiation characteristics. Then convert the reconstruction problem of temperature distribution into an inverse radiation problem which aims at seeking the target minimum. The BFGS algorithm was used to solve this inverse radiation problem in the numerical experiment. The results of numerical experiments showed that this method could accurately reconstruct the combustion temperature field, and even taking into account of the small random measurement errors, the reconstruction method was still able to achieve a rather ideal effect. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
