AbstractFour different structures of dielectric mirror microcavities with a cavity length of one wavelength were designed, and the luminescent properties of the organic layer inside the cavity were simulated and studied. The results show that different DBR structures lead to the change of phase shift of cavity mirror, which can change the device parameters ultimately, such as the transmittance spectrum, standing wave field distribution inside the cavity, and the peak wavelength and intensity of the PL spectra. Only the reasonable design of device structure can enhance the luminescence inside the cavity effectively. The PL spectrum intensity at the harmonic peak can be enhanced about 59 times in the microcavity constituted by symmetry even layer DBR.
