AbstractDue to the dynamic nature of commerce, it is important to capture useful external information as a support to build appropriate strategy and make decision in cur-rent competitive market with large volume of data. A review and summary of the current competitive intelligence development, mainly new concepts and tools, is conducted in this report for proposing a system for food and beverage industry that aims at obtaining competitive advantage in Macau market.
