Abstract | This paper presents design of wide-band bandpass filter with tunable notch response for wireless communication system. The transmission line model is composed of two sets of series open-ended and short-ended stubs that are connected through transmission line, then a short-circuited stub is added. Based on transmission line model, a T-slot stub with microstrip/slotline structure is used to design this filter. Notch frequency can tuned from 4 GHz to 9 GHz by varying the length of T-slot stub. The center frequency is fixed at 6.75 GHz and has absolute bandwidth 8.3 GHz. The band has more than 30 dB rejection in simulation. |
